One day, a violent love burned my life. He had four children. J had three. We decided to live together. But politics is a passion. Party by far, Francois Hollande was elected president. I ve been sucked into its wake.
Power is a test for one who exercises, but also for his family. At the Elysee, I often felt illegitimate. The little girl ZUPs first lady: there was something wrong.
J learned the infidelity of the President by the press, like everyone.
The pictures have been around the world while I was at the hospital, sedated. And the man that I love broke up with me in a press eighteen words that he dictated himself to AFP, as if he treated a matter of state.
Everything I write in this book is true. Journalist, I sometimes felt at Elysee as reportage. And I have suffered too much from falsehood to commit myself. Read online Merci pour ce moment book now.

Merci pour ce moment Book Review

Unable to get the Kindle edition through my US Amazon account, I was able to find a PDF copy of the book on the internet.
I want to be clear that I am not a fan of the French socialists and not a fan of Francois Hollande. Though I don’t care about the love lives of politicians, it sometimes impacts their image and/or gives us a different impression of whom politicians really are.
Before reading this book, I did not particularly care for La Trierweiler who appeared not to fit in the role of La Premiere Dame, with her temper and her tweets. Carla Bruni, even with all her cumbersome history, turned out to be a classy first lady who understood her role of being supportive of her husband President.
This is my view on “Merci pour ce moment”….
For those interested and familiar with French politics,. this book is entertaining and easy to read. Of course it was written by an angry cuckquean, eager to settle an account. Francois Hollande finds himself in a difficult spot and it is not easy to defend himself publicly.
Most of the stories appear genuine and it confirms the impression that Hollande has a problem with commitment, not marrying the mother of his four children, Segolene Royal, and not marrying Trierweiler either. The multi-facet relationship between Hollande, Royal and Trierweiler, as described in the book, is something that most of us suspected, meaning that the personal relationship of Hollande with Royal impacted their political relationship, and vice versa. Royal and Hollande were lovers, co-parents and political colleagues AND rivals. Trierweiler was the third wheel, probably a social climber who never felt that she really fit in, especially as the concubine in the Elysee Palace. Get online Merci pour ce moment today.
