(hint, on page 41: to be a human being means you are a runner). There is a lot of writing, in books and on the internet, bemoaning the high injury rate in runners. In all the noise I find very little usable information to empower runners to make a better choice, to be able to make the subtle changes they need to continue participating in the sport they love for a lifetime.
